Partnership with INCRA and Embrapa
In 2014, INCRA's National Environmental Management Coordination invited the PPGAA to support an initiative to develop projects to raise funds for family farmers to implement Community Forest Management. For this, the PPGAA invited the Faculty of Forestry Engineering of the UFPA, the campus of Altamira, which started to coordinate the project, due to its specialty in forest management. The project was developed in partnership with Embrapa.
